11 . The House did not grant leave to Shri. Attinal Gopala Pillai to move a motion of no confidence against the Ministry headed by Shri. C. Achuthamenon and 14th October 1974.

1972

10 . The House granted leave to Shri. E. Balanandan, on 25th September, 1972 to move the following motion:

"This House expresses no-confidence in the Council of Ministers headed by Shri. C. Achutha Menon".
